The State Council is the governing board for the Michigan Association of Conservation Districts. The State Council works to govern the Association in a manner that respectfully represents and responds to local Conservation District needs and interests. Consisting of the Officers of the Association and the Chairpersons from each of the Regional Councils, who are all Conservation District Directors, the State Council is responsible for the management of the Association, within the policies established by the By-laws and the Assembly.
The association has 14 board members, including ten region representatives, four officers.
